Youth  Development

We believe that young people have the power to create positive change in their communities. That's why our youth development programs focus on leadership, community engagement, and service. We work with young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to become leaders and make a difference in their communities.

Advocacy

Our advocacy efforts engage parents, teachers, local partners and elected officials to support and advocate for public policies, which ensure that the youth in the communities we serve has access to non-traditional public school options.

Education

Our non-traditional education high schools are designed for students in need of an alternative to traditional schooling. We provide a supportive learning environment that helps students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and beyond.
