At SAPI, we take a community-based approach to our program development and implementation. This we further support with available evidence on best practices; and we make sure to work closely with communities and partner organizations to ensure that our programs are effective, sustainable, and meet the unique needs of the communities we serve.

Project Vision
The goal of Project Vison is to improve academic performance and foster positive social interactions among Tutors and tutees participating in the project. Through Project Vision TPHS students are trained as tutors. The student tutors are enrolled in the VYP program for two academic semesters and provide academic support and mentorship to emerging bilingual children from low-income families attending Migrant Head Start Programs in Laredo.
